Because they had been using the same ad copy and bidding on the same keywords (some with $150 CPC) for over 6 months I knew those keywords were probably generating a healthy ROI. I then looked at their landing pages to see how they were converting leads. This saved me a lot of money testing and investing in under performing keywords or ad copy.
